Description
Humanoid, glowing creatures lacking legs of any kind. They can manifest in many bright colors. Unlike many other things in the universe, they are are mono-gendered, as any person is capable of being conception.
They exist on a secondary plane of reality known as The Ethereum, and have a complex social structure.
Origins
They were created by the Attuners, specifically while Genie was in his cosmic sleep. He dreamed a dream of the world that would eventually become Earth, and so created the Arcanians in order to make sure that world came to be. Deterministicly, this led to Anthrians and Humans being created as well. Not all fate is determined, however the Arcanians creating Earth and the evolution of humans has been written in destiny for almost as long as the universe had existed.
Something of note
Just because the Arcanians created the Earth doesn’t mean they made the other planets with intelligent life on them. Many planets exist in the vast cosmos that developed life completely by accident. Earth is actually one of the few cases of a planet created through some sort of divine intervention.
Social Structure
A majority of the Arcanians are regular civillians. They have a rich culture of arts, architecture, and literature. However, some become something called a deity, either by appointment or natural ability. Deities have almost absolute control over a specific concept or element of the universe.
Their society has a chain of command, with those at the top being the Arcane High Council. They oversee almost everything on Arcania as well as all the other deities which are below them. The Arcane High Council were the ones spearheading the Earth Project, and were directly responsible for the planet’s basic creation.
